Fluidyne manual hydraulic test pump or hand test pump are manufactured in our Mumbai factory under stringent quality control and are of robust design suitable for durability and accurate service. Fluidyne manual hydro test pump or hand test pump are suitable for testing up to 15000 psi (1000 kg/cm2). Fluidyne manual hydraulic test pumps are suitable for testing Boilers and parts, pressure vessels, castings, fabricated parts, pipelines, gas cylinders, pressure parts, etc. Pump is provided with C.S./ G.I./ SS 304 or SS316 reservoir. Hose connection in ½” to 1” in BSP or NPT is provided. Accessories like high pressure hose, check valves, pressure safety valves, pressure gauges are provided on request.
Fluidyne electric hydraulic test pumps are also manufactured in our Mumbai factory and are safe and of robust design suitable for durability and accurate and long service. Fluidyne electric hydro test pump or hand test pump are suitable for testing up to 2000 psi (140 kg/cm2). Fluidyne electric hydraulic test pumps are suitable for testing Boilers and parts, pressure vessels, castings, fabricated parts, pipelines, gas cylinders, pressure parts, etc. Motors are totally enclosed, fan cooled, overload protected and capable of running on 50/60 Hz. Hose connection in ½” to 1” in BSP or NPT is provided. Pressure regulator with inlet pass is provided. Accessories like high pressure hose, check valves, pressure safety valves and pressure gauges are provided on request.

Fluidyne Air-Hydro Test Pump or Air Operated Hydro Test Pump is a versatile pump designed for performing a “hydro test” or "proof test" on tubing, piping, sprinkler systems, fire extinguisher cylinders, boilers, pressure vessels, components and castings. It has a hydraulic cylinder coupled to a larger size reciprocating pneumatic cylinder which multiplies the air pressure to give a much higher hydraulic pressure. When the pressures are matched the reciprocation of the air cylinder automatically stops. The pressure build up is automatic, steady and smooth and the same can be controlled by regulating the air pressure through an air pressure regulator. It is ideal for all kind of hydro-testing jobs for testing tubes, pipes, pressure vessels, tanks, fabricated components and castings.
