Flow Switches offered comprise highly versatile instruments that can handle any type of fluids. These are made available in glandless designs that make these switches highly compatible with corrosive as well as toxic fluids. Available in easy-to-fix designs, the precision mechanical parts also assure of delivering high process as well as zero – failure possibilities. Here, the micro switch is operated using deflection of paddle/plunge assembly because of flowing-fluid velocity. Further, these switches can soo handle sensing of flow - no flow operations and only respond to velocity of fluid movement in duct area. Further, these also provide for positive signals that assist in detecting changes as well as loss of flow velocity.

We have designed level gauges and valves with utmost care for getting the maximum economy. Your level gauge should have the same strength as your vessel to withstand the high pressures to which it is subjected and the corrosive characteristics of the fluid. Also, your valuable process fluid should never leak out through the glass fitting.
In industries, you may have to measure the levels of colorless liquids, interface of immisible fluids, liquids with sub-zero temperatures and liquids with too much foaming. All these requirements can be met with by our latest types of flat glass level gauges.
These gauges are constructed with a solid forged steel bar main chamber and cover plates recessed to have perfect alignment of gaskets and glass. Though rated for 2000 psig. these are light weight and hence do not need any combursome supports for medium lengths. With special main chamber construction these gauges can be supplied upto 3000 psig. Main Chambers are available in C.S, M.S, SS304, SS316, P.P., P.V.C., FRP and Rubber lined. Gaskets are of CAF, GRAFOIL, TEFLON, NON-ASVESTOS, etc.
These are assembled with flat glasses with inner surfaces of reflecting prisms. Due to total internal reflection liquid level shows black in contrast to a mirror-like surface above, The gauges are used for services where observation is required at a distance and on low pressure boilers.
These are assembled with two numbers of totally transparent toughened glasses to give a through vision of liquid levels. These gauges are recommended for interface levels, coloured fluids where colour is of interest to the process behaviour and services where excessive foaming may exist. In high pressure boilers these gauges are recommended to be used with mica shields.
Teleflo engineers continuous research, development and experimental studies on glass toughening and composition has made the tempered glasses used in these gauges most dependable providing a high strength resistant to both thermal and mechanical shocks and with the highest degree of visibility.
Our range of liquid level indicators are designed to provide high clarity indication of liquid level. The float-containing magnet in the indicator rises and falls with the liquid. As the float moves, this information is transferred to the indication rail mounted on the outside of the tube. The white and red indication flaps represent air and liquid level respectively. Liquid level is also indicated by follower - Magnet type indicator.
These magnetic level indicators, liquid level indicators can be mounted in various orientations, such as onto the side of the vessel and top of the vessel or if required on the bottom. Our range of Magnetic level indicators are used for high pressure, high temperature, colored and corrosive liquids.
Our highly efficient remote water-level indicator, liquid level indicators detects the water-level fluctuations in the boiler drum. These liquid level indicators are very delicately designed to provide flawless indication's.Remote Level Indicators
Our highly accurate remote level indicators help to keep a track on the displacement of the water levels in the boiler. When the water levels in the boiler rises, the increasing water column presses the red indicating liquid (sealing liquid) from the first phase into second phase and then indicates in the Inspection glass of the indicator. The water displaced from Phase one flows from the condenser into Phase three and then into the boiler. If the water level in the drum falls, then the indicating liquid in phase three in the inspection glass, falls correspondingly. The water vapor formation in the condenser takes place when the water level in phase three is constantly filled up.

BCO - Offset Connection Tubular gauges Our BCO tubular gauges are superior in quality that are manufactured with a pair of auto shut off ball check valves with offset and union construction. Because of their simple design, and their ability to work without additional isolation valves they can be installed very easily and cost-effectively. The innovative offset construction of the valves enables glass tube's to be replaced while in use. Whenever the glass tube breaks the ball check arrangement automatically closes the valve seat and prevents wastage of any fluid. Glass tube protection in the form of " Tie Rods" or "Pipe Shield" is provided.
HDO Heavy Duty Channel Protector Gauges Our highly effective tubular level gauges come with heavy wall glass tubes with 3 mm thick machine made channel protector. Designed to endure extreme conditions these valves offer very high durability.
Our superior quality transparent level Indicators are equipped with heavy valve glass tubes fitted. These valve glasses are fixed with a heavy duty metallic frame, which is made from min. 3mm thick channel box type protectors. We can also provide auto-shut-off ball check, needle or ball valve isolator as an integrated part with these indicators, if required.

Top mounted level indicators offer high levels of security to the storage tanks. Since they are mounted at the top of the tank, it reduces the risk of hazardous fluids getting spilled through any leakage. Theres a float that is channelized in the tank by a perforated pipe and a sealed glass tube. Float steam tip has an in-built pointer, which correctly indicates the level.

Manometers, industrial manometers are used in various industrial application for pressure and vacuum measurements. Manometers and industrial manometers are also used for flow measurement techniques. They are available in wall-mounting or pedestal type and 'U' tube or single limb type. The manometers, industrial manometers may be of inclined type or provided a vernier scale for obtaining greater accuracy.
The normal accuracy of the manometer is 1 mm but by providing a inclined tube 0.1 mm or better accuracy can be obtained. A movable vernier can further provide a readability of 0.1 mm. Gradiations in inches and cms are Standard Special type of Scales can be provided to take care of specific requirements,
Single Limb Manometers
Are provided with a well which has a much larger area to that of the manometer tube and the level variation in the well is negligible to the rise in level in the Manometer tube. The Scales of these manometers are also prepared in such a manner as to compensate the level change in the well. Multi tube manometers with individual wells are used for multiple reading of pressure and also suitable for tank level gauging with purge tube.
'U' Tube Manometer
The standard 'U' tube type manometer has two straight glass tubes with a 'U' bend at the bottom end. These . manometers are provided with top and bottom blocks and fitted with such accessories like external zero adjuster valve, safety cover, filling and drain plugs, catch pots, zero leak ball check valves, zero adjustable scale, vernier scale, leveling screws, swiveling body, etc.

Check Valve and Return Wells
Check valve is used to prevent the fluid from leaving the manometer if the instrument is operated beyond the range, either due to high range or surge conditions. Return wells are used to prevent loss of the indicating fluid by collecting the over flow fluid and returning it to the Manometer.
We have pleasure in introducing our superior variable area flow meters and rotameters and industrial rotameters with special types offered for general industrial service and instrumentation requirements. Glass tube rotameters are offered where general flow measurements are within the limitations imposed by pressure rating of the glass metering tubes. For higher pressure ratings we offer metal metering tubes. Rotameters and industrial rotameters manufactured are of panel mounted types as well as pipe line mounted types. The pipeline mounted instruments are constructed to withstand pipeline installation stress, strain and vibrations. The unique gland arrangement ensures zero leakage and long life to the metering tube.Purge Meter
(Low-Flow Rotameters) : Measure low flows of gas, air, water with accuracy using this type of flow tube. This is ideal for laboratory or instrumentation applications. Mounting can be panel or by optional tripoid base. Available in complete acrylic body or stainless steel body with glass metering tube. Dependable flow control is provided by needle valve located at inlet front of frame. Center line dimensions standard for back panel mounting are 65mm, 150mm and 200mm.

(Glass Tube Type for General Industrial Service) : These glass tube variable area rotameters are designed to provide visual indication of flow of wide range of transparent to semi-transparent liquids and gases. They are of robust construction with dowelled side plates, interchangeable glass metering tubes and floats and wide-view windows at front and rear. Flow range can be readily changed by detachable scales.
By-pass rotameters are suitable for economical measurement of flow in larger pipelines generally 2" NB to 14" NB. The construction is simple and reliable consisting of orifice plate with carrier ring and a shunt rotameter. The flow rate through the rotameter is proportional to the pressure drop across the orifice plate created by the main flow and is calibrated accordingly. During installation care should be taken to ensure laminar flow in the pipe section. Orifice plate dimensions are based on ISA/ ISO/BS standards.

Armoured metal tube rotameters are recommended for liquids or gases where process or operating conditions make all-metal construction desirable. This type of rotameter is also usefui for metering opaque fluids. The meter is manufactured in various materials of construction and with 150,300 or 600 # flange connections. In our model RMC - 100 an extension with magnetic lenier indicating scale is bolted to the meter to indicate the float position. In another modification model RMC - 200 a dial type of indicator is provided.
Sensitron Thermocouples and wells are designed for making available to the industry a complete range of thermocouples for measuring temperatures from 150°C to 1600°C and, are highly accurate and sensitive. These thermocouples are offered with a very wide range of thermowells of different materials to suit the application.
Basically, a thermocouple is composed of two dissimilar metal wires butt welded together in a circuit. The circuit develops a small EMF, in accordance with See back effect, between the measuring and reference junctions. This EMF can be measured by means of any pyrometer in terms of temperature.
Sensitron Thermocouples are fabricated by gas or arc welding or resistance welding in accordance with ISA recommendations.
The assembly consists of single or duplex thermocouple elements with cylindrical ceramic insulators encased in a spring loaded stainless tube. It is supplied with a screwed cover head and pipe nipple with 4 ¼' NPT mounting thread. In order to get highest speed of response to a temperature change, the last inch of the bore in the well is reduced in diameter to provide a tight fit around the sensitive tip of the thermocouple. The spring loaded feature ensures positive metal to metal contact between the thermocouple and well allowing the highest possible rate of heat transfer to the measuring junction. Spring pading also allows movements of the thermal element due to expansion and contraction without damage to the element or connecting head and terminal block.
Our range of Purge Level Indicator is used for remote indication in storage tanks, process vessels, reactors, settlers, evaporators, re-boilers and filters. With it, the tanks can be opened, pressurized or even evacuated at any altitude & at a distance around a radius of 200 feet. This is heavily used for consistent indication of the level of corrosive and hazardous chemicals. Centralized indication of level of various storage tanks is made feasible, which will help in economic and precise handling of liquids in tanks during transfer, mixing and dispatch and also help in inventory control.
The working of this system is briefed below:
- Inert gas is purged into the system at a small negligible rate ( approx 5-10 LPM) through a drop pipe fitted in the tank or vessel
- Back pressure created by the level of liquid is transmitted to the panel mounted or wall mounted single limb manometer remote indicator
- This indicator can be directly calibrated in terms of level of liquid, length units, volume units or weight units
- An equalizing line is provided for pressurization or evacuation
- The tank pressure and the manometer pressure are equalized
